About Marco

Global perspective.
Practical execution.

Hospitality shaped how I serve people. Marketing taught me how to communicate. Broadcasting brought strategy, creativity, technology, and leadership together.

Profile

A multidisciplinary creative and Broadcasting Manager based in Metro Vancouver.

I have spent more than a decade building and managing visual communication in environments where quality, timing, and consistency matter. My experience reaches from international hospitality and digital marketing to studio production and large live events.

My career did not begin behind a broadcast console. It began in hospitality, where I learned to read the room, anticipate needs, protect the guest experience, and stay composed under pressure. Those lessons still shape how I lead teams and productions today.

What I bring is the ability to connect strategy with execution. I make sure marketing, design, video, photography, technology, and live production work together clearly and reliably.

The journey

Australia.

01 · Australia

Hospitality foundation

I completed a Bachelor of Business in International Hotel and Resort Management at Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School. The experience built a strong foundation in international service, hotel operations, professionalism, leadership, and working effectively with people from different cultures.

02 · Indonesia

Luxury hospitality to digital marketing

Back in Indonesia, I developed my career within hospitality and later moved into digital marketing with Marriott International and Starwood properties in Bali, including The St. Regis Bali Resort and The Laguna. I supported multi-property campaigns, visual content, and brand communication while working to exacting global standards and performance benchmarks.

03 · Canada

Design, production, and broadcasting

After moving to Canada, I expanded my creative and technical capabilities through the Digital Design & Development program at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. I then joined Atomy Canada and progressed from Broadcasting Associate to Assistant Manager and Broadcasting Manager.

04 · Today

Leading content production

Today, I manage a five-person broadcast team and oversee live and recorded productions, including multi-city events for approximately 300 to 600 attendees. My scope includes production planning, technical direction, scheduling, training, studio and green screen operation, equipment, graphics, and technology improvement.
